Meanwhile, the shopping lists and meal plans are brilliant, and extra helpful if you are stuck for ideas and like to plan ahead. Having coeliac disease as well as a dairy allergy sounds like a hell of a nightmare, but this tome of more than recipes means you will be hard-pushed to run out of fresh ideas in the kitchen.
